Motion to appoint A.J. Longware Town representative on BRASS Board made and withdrawn.

Motion that we hold a Public Hearing on Local Law #1 of 2010 on November 14, 2010 at 6:45 P.M.

A1990.4 $2,000 to A1110.4

DPW Report – 2 off on vacation for most of month – New 550 Truck will be delivered next week – Plow installation will take one day.

Water Report – 29,000 gals per day cost of 36 meters @ 97.00 each – buy now and buy 36 more after 1^st of year.

Motion that Water Plant Operator purchase 36 water meters for Water District

Ballpark – lot of work to be done – Bleachers, infield needs clay and dirt to grass, fence outfield delete - new poles Jim Monty will serve on committee
