Landfill – Billing for 2009 was double from previous years. Susie checked tickets

and found we were overcharged. County was passing charges for MRF to us.

101 tons we were charged for which should be charged to other Towns.

Motion that the Town approach the County regarding overcharges (2009-2010) and to get a gate to close off Town compactor bin.

Milholland Park – improve roadway, new picnic tables, new fireplaces, trees removed, stump removal and stream stabilization
