All dogs in the Town of Lewis must be registered in the Town of Lewis

Contact either the Town Clerk or the Town hall for an application.

Fees are $5.00 for a spayed/neutered pet or $12.00 for unspayed/unneutered pet.
Fees will be raised effective January 1, 2025
New fees will be $10.00 for spayed/neutered pet and $18.00 for unspayed/unneutered pet.

Rabies certificate is required.
