Grant Administrator:
PRIDE of Ticonderoga is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Grant Program Administrator. This position plays a pivotal role in our organization’s mission to empower our community through housing grant programs and related initiatives. Our grant administrators will work closely with PRIDE’s Executive Director and Grant Programs Manager to enhance grant administration, project delivery, and housing/community development.

- Oversee all construction projects, commercial and residential, to guarantee grant contract adherence and code compliance.
- Supervise contractors to ensure timely and up-to-standard work.
- Assist in formulating work scopes for various construction projects.
- Conduct periodic site inspections to validate adherence to quality and safety protocols.
- Engage in long-term planning initiatives for community development.
- Collaborate closely with the teams at PRIDE and the Essex County Land Bank to synchronize construction and community development strategies.
- Provide consistent updates to executive leadership on ongoing project milestones.

- Punctuality: Being on time is paramount in this role.
- Positive and Upbeat Attitude: A cheerful and enthusiastic approach to work is essential.
- Strong Organizational Skills: You must be adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Effective Time Management: The ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines is crucial.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in construction management or a related domain. Knowledge of building codes and regulations. While prior experience in grant administration, project management, or a related field is advantageous, we are committed to training the right candidate who exhibits the core qualities of punctuality, positivity, organizational prowess, and excellent time management.
